Terms and Conditions Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following Terms and Conditions. Ordering Online Our online shop is 100% safe and secure and does not compromise your credit card information. We use Worldpay to process your transaction through their secure servers. Khadi want you to feel comfortable using your credit card to buy from our site. Alternatively, you may also place your order by sending us a personal cheque. Cheques must be in pound sterling drawn on a UK bank. Please note that this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship your product. To order and pay by cheque, print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page having completed the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address shown on the contact page. Please allow an additional 7-10 working days for delivery. Prices Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Please note our prices do NOT include VAT which is currently added at 15%. VAT is zero rated on orders from the Channel Islands and from outside the EU. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Return / Refund Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods or they are not as ordered, inform us within seven days of receipt we will give a full refund. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery and we are notified within 7 days of receipt. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Complaints If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
