Delivery

UK:

To keep things simple we offer the following flat rate delivery charges:

delivery to most mainland UK addresses with DHL is £6.00,
on orders to postcodes AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZH delivery is £8.00

EUROPE:

We ship by courier to most EU countries.  Select EURO currency for all destinations outside UK.  Euro prices include all destination taxes and customs charges.  There will be no charges to pay when you receive your package.

Norway and Switzerland and EU countries (Malta and Cyprus) not listed on Checkout page: please contact us by email, or use the contact form to place your order.

WORLDWIDE:

We can ship orders to the US and worldwide. To order from outside Europe please contact us by email, or use the contact form and we will send you a quotation including shipping.

Payments can be made through PayPal or by credit or debit card via a secure link which we will send you on confirmation of order.

Prices on our web shop include VAT (value added tax) at 20%. When shipping outside the UK we can send VAT FREE. You may however be required to pay local taxes in the country of destination.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return any item we will offer you a refund less actual delivery cost up to 14 days from your receipt of order.

Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and with their original packaging. We recommend you return the item using an insured ‘signed for’ delivery service such as special delivery post and that you retain proof of postage.
